Stratosphere is located at the end of the northern part of "the Strip", a bit from the town centre.
The hotel is famous for its three high, tough attractions: Big Shot, X-Sream and Insanity.

 Get up in the viewing tower of the Stratosphere
You get a wonderful view if you get to the top of The Tower in the Stratosphere Hotel. The tower is one of the
highest exploration sites in the United States at a height of about 350 meters and with a 360 degree view.
There are both viewpoints on the inside and outside. In 30 seconds you are up by the elevator (you travel 3
floors per second).

Opened on April 30, 1996
The hotel opened on 30 April 1996.
Stratosphere is 113 storeys high.
The hotel has two towers, one of the towers is "Stratosphere Tower", which is the highest view tower in the US, approx. 350 metres. At the top you will find three attractions, a restaurant and a view point. |

 When the stratosphere opened 1996, it almost immediately had to be put out of business.
The second tower was just being built and was stopped immediately, the tower was only 5-storey high. The owners eventually took over the control again, and construction could continue.
For you who are not scared of hights there are attractions at the top of the tower that will take you off the edge.
